THE ANALYSIS OF PODKARPACKIE VOIVODSHIP INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS – 2013
In 2013, on behalf of the Podkarpackie Voivodship Marshal's Office, we prepared “The analysis of Podkarpackie voivodship investment attractiveness – 2013”. The analysis was aimed at describing the investment attractiveness of Podkarpackie voivodship, with emphasis on the investment potential of five counties: Rzeszów, Krosno, Leżajsk, Kolbuszowa and Przemyśl. In the first part of the study, the following issues were discussed:
- General economic characteristics of Podkarpackie voivodship
- Higher education system characteristics
- Major foreign investors
- The characteristics of priority industries of Podkarpackie voivodship
- The characteristics of economic zones, science and technology parks, industrial parks, technology incubators
- Podkarpackie voivodship investment attractiveness in relation to other Polish voivodships

The analysis was prepared in Polish and English by INNpuls employees in cooperation with Jagiellonian University and State Higher School of Technology and Economics employees. “THE SPINNAKER OF KNOWLEDGE – Regional programme for academic entrepreneurship assistance”
We would like to recommend a publication to you; it was edited by our employees and is a compendium of knowledge on academic entrepreneurship.
The book “THE SPINNAKER OF KNOWLEDGE – Regional programme for academic entrepreneurship assistance” is a study that completed the SPINNAKER OF KNOWLEDGE training project. The project was aimed at people from the Lubelskie Province, who were interested in gaining knowledge and practical skills in the field of academic entrepreneurship, intellectual and industrial property rights management, and starting up a spin-off/ spin-out business.
The report is composed of 7 chapters corresponding to the subjects of the implemented training:

- The exciting world of innovative entrepreneurship
- How to enter the market
- Protect your business
- The legal and financial aspects of doing business
- A professional business plan
- The financial and non-financial forms of entrepreneurship support
All chapters have been prepared by practising coaches.
Considering the fact that the aim of the publication was to reach a wide audience, it was distributed to the university libraries of Lublin. It is also available on-site at our office. We hope that the issues raised in it, like a spinnaker, will accelerate your activities related to sailing toward entrepreneurship.
