The consolidation of institutional system of Regional Innovation Strategy implementation in the years 2007-13 in the Podkarpacie

We are pleased to announce that as of 19 Jan 2011, INNpuls Sp. z o.o. will run a Contact Point in Rzeszow, as part of a systemic project “The consolidation of institutional system of Regional Innovation Strategy implementation in the years 2007-2013 in the Podkarpackie Province”, funded by the means of the Human Capital Operational Programme 2007-2013, Sub-measure 8.2.2, Task 3: the Regional Centre of Innovation Transfer and the Contact Points chain.
The Contact Point services are designed for:
- entrepreneurs (i.e., in a systemic meaning, a natural person, a legal person or an entity which has a legal personality granted by a special act; you may also be a business partner in a partnership, as well as one wishing to start a business;
- future entrepreneurs, who are planning to start a business;
- universities (i.e. units that are part of the system of Polish science and national education and allow taking a degree);
- research and development centres (i.e., legally, organizationally, economically and financially separate units established to conduct research and development work);
- those seeking counselling on innovation and new technologies.
- The Contact Point’s staff will provide following services: • advising on the methods of innovative investments financing;
- technological audit to assess the possibilities, potential and the need of an enterprise for the transfer of modern technology and technological solutions;
- assistance in establishing cooperation between universities and enterprises, both nationally and internationally (including: searching for potential business partners from abroad, organizing bilateral, direct business meetings, assistance in organizing business missions and/ or participating in international trade fairs, assistance in establishing contacts with foreign universities and their research centres);
- organizing cooperative meetings for entrepreneurs.
In addition, the Contact Point will provide:
- training for both managers and employees on: the technological processes management, the organization of work in a manufacturing plant (production processes), the implementation of environmentally friendly production technologies, obtaining EU funds for planned investments, the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights;
- training for researchers, academics and postgraduates on: starting and running one’s own spin-off/ spin-out business, improving the transfer of research results from universities to industry and business;
- seminars on the development of cooperation between industry and science.
